1. Who We Are

WalkinDrive ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is an online career-information and resume-tools platform operated from Hyderabad, India. We aggregate, verify, and curate publicly available off-campus software job listings and walk-in drive information for recent graduates (batches 2023–2027).

2. What Our Paid Service Includes

When you subscribe to a WalkinDrive plan (Basic or Pro), you receive:

What the subscription is NOT

• A guarantee of any job offer, interview call, or shortlisting.
• A placement or recruitment fee charged in exchange for employment.
• Access to private, exclusive, or hidden job vacancies — all listings are sourced from publicly available employer career pages and verified walk-in drive announcements.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
2. You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. The information associated with your Google account and any additional profile details you provide (graduation year, location) is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must sign in using Google Authentication (Google OAuth). We do not offer email/password-based registration. Your account is created and authenticated through your Google account.
• We do not store any passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure OAuth 2.0 infrastructure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@walkindrive.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your WalkinDrive account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

5.1 Pricing

• Basic Plan: ₹119 per month or ₹299 per quarter.
• Pro Plan: ₹599 per month or ₹1,499 per quarter.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST, as required by law).

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payments Private Limited, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-licensed Payment Aggregator.
• We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets as available through Razorpay.
• We do not store your card details. All card data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS standards and RBI tokenisation norms.

5.3 Recurring Subscriptions

• When you choose a subscription, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency you selected (monthly or quarterly).
• As required by RBI e-mandate regulations, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each renewal charge.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 9 below).

5.4 Failed Payments

• If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again as permitted by Razorpay's retry policies.
• If payment fails after all retry attempts, your subscription will be paused and access to premium features will be suspended until the payment is resolved.

6. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimer

1. Information Aggregation Only. WalkinDrive collects and organises job-related information that is already publicly posted by employers on their official career portals, social media pages, and walk-in drive announcements. We present this information in a curated, organised, and easily filterable format.
2. No Employment Guarantee. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive a job, an interview call, a callback, or any form of employment as a result of using our platform. Hiring decisions are made entirely by the respective employers.
3. No Employer Relationship. We have no contractual, commercial, or financial relationship with any of the employers whose job listings appear on our platform. We act solely as an information aggregator.
4. No Application Submission on Your Behalf (Basic & Pro). For Basic and Pro plans, we provide direct links to the employer's official career portal. You are responsible for completing and submitting your own application.
5. Resume Tool Limitations. Our AI-powered resume tailoring tool is a software utility that helps optimise your resume's content and keywords. It does not guarantee ATS clearance, shortlisting, or interview selection.
6. Accuracy of Listings. While our team manually verifies each listing before publishing, we cannot guarantee that every listing will remain active, accurate, or available by the time you view or apply. Employers may close or modify their job postings at any time without notice to us.

7. User Obligations

By using WalkinDrive, you agree to:

1. Use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial job-search purposes.
2. Not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish any content from the Platform.
3. Not use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform.
4. Not impersonate another person or provide false information.
5. Not upload malicious content, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
6. Comply with all applicable Indian laws while using the Platform.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on WalkinDrive — including the website design, curated listings, blog posts, resume templates, and software code — is owned by WalkinDrive and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Job listing descriptions are sourced from employers' public postings and are attributed accordingly.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written permission.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

9.1 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard with a single click.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

9.2 Refunds

• Within 48 hours of purchase: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not consumed more than 2 resume-tailoring credits, we will process a full refund.
• After 48 hours: Refunds are generally not provided after 48 hours, as our service delivers immediate digital access upon payment. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there is a genuine platform error or technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
• Auto-renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal charge, contact us within 48 hours of that renewal for a full refund of the renewal charge.

9.3 How to Request a Refund

Email support@walkindrive.com with your registered email address, date of the transaction, and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

9.4 Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made more than 48 hours after purchase where the service was actively used.
• Account termination due to violation of these Terms.
• Dissatisfaction with job-search outcomes (since we do not guarantee employment).

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, email, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In), along with profile data you provide such as phone number, pass-out year, CGPA, preferred location, preferred job roles, gender, date of birth, highest qualification, LinkedIn and GitHub URLs, education details (college, school, marks), and uploaded resume files.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection rules.

11. Third-Party Links

• Our platform contains direct links to employers' official career portals and external websites.
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.
• Clicking on an employer's apply link will redirect you to their website, which is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Service Availability & Modifications

• We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• If we make changes to pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 15 days before the new pricing takes effect. The new pricing will apply only from the next billing cycle.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. WalkinDrive's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of expected employment, income, or career opportunities.
3. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or hiring decisions of any employer whose listings appear on our Platform.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@walkindrive.com.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator, conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
• Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
